BILLING, REFUND, CANCELLATION POLICIES

Recurring monthly subscription payments are due on the same day each month, based on the date of your initial enrollment. In the event the recurring payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, you understand that the transaction may be executed on the prior or next business day.

To manage your account, you commit to updating information through your secure online login area or promptly notifying Black Leaf Digital, in writing, of any changes to your account details.

By completing this authorization, you certify that you are an authorized user of the provided debit card or credit card. Furthermore, you commit not to dispute scheduled payments with your Credit Card Company or bank, provided the transactions align with the terms outlined in this authorization form. This authorization is a legal agreement and signifies your consent to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change, and you have the flexibility to cancel our services at any time. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please note the following policy:

• Cancellation Requests - All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, via email. Only the account holder is authorized to submit a cancellation notice.
• Notification Timing - To prevent unwanted charges, please ensure that your cancellation notice reaches us no later than ten (10) calendar days before your next billing date.
• Effective Date of Cancellation - Upon receiving your cancellation notice, your access to the services/products will be terminated immediately. Cancellation notices received less than ten (10) days before the next billing date will result in service cancellation effective immediately, without a refund for any remaining days in the billing cycle.
• Submission Method - Ensure your written notification is sent via email to the address specified on your payment receipt.
